Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Fragrance Hubs may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. Customers must provide correct phone number and delivery address. If the courier is unable to contact the customer, delivery may be delayed or returned.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Fragrance Hubs will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or unavailable customer.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or courier tracking link where available.

Damaged Parcel

If you receive a damaged parcel, please take pictures or make an unboxing video before opening the product. Contact our support team as soon as possible so we can review and assist you.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
