Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product was defective or leaked upon arrival
  • The product received is different from what you ordered

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels, seals, boxes, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used perfumes or fragrance products
  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale, unless damaged or incorrect
  • Products returned without approval from our support team

Return Request Time

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Proof Required

To process a return or exchange, we may ask for:

  • Order number
  • Product pictures
  • Parcel/package pictures
  • Video proof of unboxing, if required
  • Reason for return or exchange

Please do not send any product back without contacting our support team first.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method, bank, or payment provider.

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved, we will replace the product with the correct or same item, subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or alternative product option.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return. If the mistake is from our side, such as wrong or damaged product, we may cover the return or replacement shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
